We called at Portsmouth for DF fuel and provisioning en route to Scandinavia. We used MGMT – my first experience with them – for our agency needs. U.K. port calls are quite admin heavy in advance of the arrival – and Monica Hart was absolute legend making sure all our documentation met the requirements of the relatively complex procedure. Monica’s efforts remotely- and on the ground in Portsmouth- ensured a very smooth arrival and flawless refuelling operation. We’re now underway again and heading North, – but we’ll be back in about 2 months for a larger refuelling and provisioning; – I feel very confident about returning knowing that Monica and MGMT will be taking care of our needs and keeping us administratively safe.

Started Working With Mark 5 years ago on our first visit to the UK and MGMT did a great job for us that visit. 5 years later and again with a few more staff members. We had a wonderful time in Scotland and the owners have not stopped expressing just how much they enjoyed their time and the itinerary you helped put together. The communication and organization from you team was fantastic and you were instrumental in helping create experiences that were truly unique and memorable. We would happily recommend other yachts take the time to visit Scotland and use MGMT’s services when doing so. We look forward to returning to Scotland again one day soon and organizing another wonderful experience for the yacht’s owners.
Mark and his team at MGMT made all the necessary arrangements for our recent stop in Portsmouth efficiently and hassle free. They were constantly on hand to meet all our needs, made arrangements for bunkers, and went out of their way to be flexible around our changing schedule.

We have used MGMT for agency services in the UK for a few years now and I would happily recommend them to any yacht thinking of visiting the UK in the future.Not only do they take care of the normal services such as berths, pilotage and customs/ immigration but MGMT have also taken care of some much more specialised requests and, I have to say achieved excellent results.
A short note to say thank you for all your assistance with our recent trip to London and UK south coast, and indeed for the visit last year also.The berths and moorings were all well considered and very suitable for us, the moorings in Dartmouth particularly nice, and the guests got a great thrill to pass through Tower Bridge on arrival in London.Overall, your assistance and attention to all details for us, made the trip a great success, and once you get control of the weather, the worlds your oyster!

From access to the best London has to offer, excursions on the South coast and Loch hopping in Scotland. As far as seeing the wonderful wildlife up north in Shetland. Our circumnavigation of the UK would not have been possible without the support from Mark and the team. Our challenging program relies heavily on proactive and resourceful agents like MGMT. Not only did we work great together, I believe a true friend has come out of this as well. Myself and the crew, really appreciate your involvement, and only hope we can return to the UK again to get to the places we missed.

I am not sure you had any input on the weather as well. Just in case you did, it was remarkable to experience London in April with blue skies and summer temperatures.
