Location: Remote (Regular travel to London required)
Contract Type: Full Time – 40+ Hours Per Week.
Salary: £30,000 PA + Commission and Overtime
Reporting To: Operations Director

Our comprehensive services encompass berth bookings, customs and immigration formalities, transportation, provisioning, security, bespoke events, and much more. With a strong focus on client satisfaction, we combine our extensive yachting industry and corporate expertise to deliver exceptional client experiences.

The Role:
As an Operations Assistant within our Operations team, you play a vital role in ensuring our clients’ seamless experience during their UK port visits. Collaborating closely with Captains and onboard department heads, you’ll curate tailored itineraries and deliver operational support from arrival to
departure. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, anticipate client needs, and handle real-time challenges with professionalism and poise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Captains, management companies, and heads of department on board
  • Plan detailed itineraries for client visits and book excursions, experiences, and services
  • Coordinate trips and activities upon vessel arrival
  • Proactively anticipate client requests and resolve issues in real time
  • Provide onsite services, including meeting arrivals and assisting with departures
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and reports.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Prior experience or a deep understanding of the Superyacht industry and working with UHNWI
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and Mac systems.
  • Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and remain composed under pressure.
  • Customer-focused with an emphasis on quality and attention to detail
  • Flexible attitude to adapt to changing priorities and work unsociable hours
  • Excellent administrative and communication skills
  • Possession of a full, clean driving license
  • Regular travel to London required.
  • Weekend Work Required.
